At CRU Paintball, everything we do is part of a straightforward mission: to provide fun, safe paintball entertainment to as many people as possible. We’re a family owned and operated company dedicated to sharing the thrill of paintball with as many people as we can. We proudly serve Metro Detroit, Flint, Genesee, Ingham and Oakland Counties, though we get visitors from all over the Midwest.
CRU Paintball started in Chris Dixon’s backyard with his youth group in 2008. In December of 2010, we moved to a location on Clio road, which included a 50,000 square foot facility and 20 acres of outdoor fields. Now we have purchased over 100 acres in Mount Morris which we are currently developing for multiple playing fields!

We take no small amount of pride in our spotless safety record, which we diligently maintain through a dedication to safety both on and off the field. From using professional safety gear to keeping referees on the field at all times, we go the extra mile to ensure that each and every player goes home safe. Keeping our fields safe always has been and always will be our #1 priority.

CRU Paintball: Where Anyone Can Play
We believe anyone and everyone should be able to join the fun on our paintball fields. Anyone seven years and up can step onto our fields and have a good time. We’re happy to put children in groups and assign a referee to follow them during the game, ensuring they’re never alone on the field. We also know paintball can be intimidating to new players– which is why we pair green players with veterans to give them a fair chance. Another common concern is that paintball might hurt or bruise, so we offer low-impact paintball for anyone worried about the impact from a high-speed paintball gun. Making paintball fun and accessible for everyone, new or experienced, young or old, is part of CRU Paintball’s DNA.
A Paintball Facility Like No Other
CRU Paintball offers over 100 acres of outdoor woodsball and speedball fields! Our pro shop offers equipment sales, with guns priced anywhere from $35 to $1,800+ to accommodate new players as well as die-hard paintballers. Our friendly staff is always available to answer any question you might have and our expert technicians are trained to diagnose even the toughest of problems. You won’t find another paintball facility like ours — we guarantee it.
